Grace Daubenmerkl

Cincinnati Functional Fitness Personal Trainer

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Grace has always had a passion for movement and sports. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at just two years old, she grew up as a competitive gymnast and diver, spending countless hours flipping and twisting. It wasn’t until she paused her athletic pursuits to attend college that Grace discovered her true passion. Majoring in “Exploratory Sciences,” she soon transitioned to Exercise Science after taking just one health promotion class. Through this journey, she realized how much these elements could benefit her body and autoimmune condition, allowing her to significantly reduce her reliance on medication. Grace’s passion lies in helping individuals feel their best and live life to the fullest. She feels a deep calling to work with the geriatric population, empowering them to discover newfound strengths and improve their quality of life.
